Roquefort Papillon Black Label is an exceptional blue cheese, with Roquefort PDO, produced exclusively from raw sheep's milk. Matured in the natural caves of Roquefort-sur-Soulzon, it develops a creamy texture and a deep, intense and elegant taste, with notes of butter, fine salt and noble mold. It is ideal for simple tasting, gourmet platters or in combinations with fruits, nuts and sweet wines.
