Return and Refund Policy
This refund policy is drafted in accordance with the provisions of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals.
We want every customer to be satisfied with the products purchased. If a product needs to be returned, this will be done under the conditions stipulated in this policy.
The customer has the right to request the return of products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, under the conditions provided by applicable Romanian law.
Before initiating a return, the customer is kindly requested to contact the company to confirm the product's eligibility for return and to determine the method of handing it over.
To be accepted for return, products must be, as far as possible, in intact condition, unused, and unopened.
Perishable or personalized products can only be returned in cases where:
they have non-conformities;
they are defective;
they were delivered in error.
Each return request will be analyzed individually, depending on the nature of the product and the circumstances reported by the customer.
Fresh cheeses and personalized products cannot be returned, except in cases where they are defective, non-compliant, or were delivered incorrectly.
The company reserves the right to request additional information, photos, or other reasonable evidence for the analysis of the return request.
4. Cost of Return
Products can be returned directly to the company's headquarters or by courier.
If the return is made by courier, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer, except in situations where the return is due to an error attributable to the company, including:
delivery of a defective product;
delivery of a non-compliant product;
delivery of a product different from the one ordered.
Refunds for products accepted for return are made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the parties agree otherwise.
The refund period is a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date the company is informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract. The company may delay the refund until the returned product is received or until proof of its dispatch is provided.
The refund will be made without additional costs for the customer, except for initial delivery costs, if these are not eligible for reimbursement according to legislation.
The customer has the right to request cancellation of the order before its delivery, by contacting the company by phone or email.
In case of a confirmed cancellation before the order is shipped or delivered, the amount paid will be fully refunded, using the initially used payment method, in accordance with applicable procedures.

The customer is obliged to properly package the products so that they are not damaged during transport.
