Saint-Nectaire Cantorel

Saint-Nectaire Laitier AOP from Cantorel is an emblematic cheese, whose fame dates back to the 17th century, when it was served at the table of the King of France. Matured for at least 4-6 weeks, it develops a natural rind, covered with grey-orange molds, a sign of quality and traditional maturation. Its paste is supple, with an unctuous texture that melts in the mouth, offering a complex and refined taste. It is ideal for cheese boards, melted over potatoes (mini-tartiflette) or enjoyed with wholemeal bread.
