The Goat Herder

A traditional table cheese that reflects the authenticity of its region of origin in Spain. It is appreciated for its balance, combining a melting texture with a clean taste, with subtle notes of butter, cream, and nuts. Its rind has a distinctive braided pattern (similar to a basket) and a reddish-orange color, typical of semi-aged goat cheeses, usually matured for about 2 months.
