Tête de Moine is an iconic Swiss cheese, produced exclusively from whole cow's milk in the Jura region. Matured for approximately 6 months, it has a firm texture and a delicate yet expressive taste, with milky notes, a hint of nuttiness, and a subtly spicy aroma.
