Aroma and taste:
The wine presents a vibrant purple color, a sign of its youth, and an aromatic profile dominated by ripe blackberries, blackcurrant jam, and delicate blueberry notes. As an unaged wine, it retains remarkable freshness, with a medium body, balanced acidity, and moderate tannins that give it excellent drinkability.
Serving recommendations:
Due to its fruity and fresh character, it pairs wonderfully with pork dishes, roasted chicken, or pasta with red sauce. It is the ideal companion for semi-hard cheeses, such as young Gouda or Edam, which do not overpower the delicate berry aromas. It is recommended to serve at a temperature of +14…+16 ºC.
