Domaine Seguin Pouilly-Fumé | Dry White Wine

Domaine Seguin Pouilly-Fumé is the fruit of a family tradition spanning six generations in the heart of the Pouilly-sur-Loire region. This wine is a masterful blend sourced from the three emblematic terroirs of the appellation: limestone soils, Kimmeridgian marls, and silex (flint). Vinification is carried out using modern methods in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by several months of aging on fine lees, which imparts exceptional depth and aromatic breadth.

Aroma and taste:
The wine presents itself with a light straw-yellow color and brilliant reflections. Olfactively, it reveals a generous bouquet of citrus (lemon, pink grapefruit) and exotic fruits (pineapple, mango), complemented by white floral notes and typical mineral "flint" accents. On the palate, it is round, fresh, and lively, offering a remarkable balance between fruitiness and acidity, with a long and mineral finish.

Serving suggestions:
It is recommended to be served at a temperature of 10-12°C. It is the legendary partner for goat cheeses, especially Crottin de Chavignol. It also ideally accompanies seafood, grilled or smoked fish, sushi, and fresh seasonal salads.
