The wine delights the eye with a deep red color and brilliant ruby reflections. The aromatic bouquet is complex, dominated by ripe red fruits, blackcurrant, and cherries, enriched with notes of dried plums, raisins, and fine vanilla accents. The taste is full, harmonious, and well-structured, with fine and delicate tannins that evolve into a long and persistent aftertaste.
Serving recommendations:
It is the ideal choice to be served alongside grilled dishes, beef steak, or complex red meat-based meals. It also pairs remarkably well with hard, mature cheeses. To fully savor its aromas, it is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 16-18°C.
