Aroma and taste
Visually, the wine impresses with an intense ruby red color. The aromatic bouquet is dominated by rich fruity notes of blackberries, sour cherries, and well-ripened plums. The taste is dry, intense, and persistent, offering a pleasant texture thanks to well-integrated tannins that leave a velvety sensation.
Serving suggestions
To allow the wine to open up, it is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 16–18 °C. It is an excellent companion for slow-cooked meats (boiled or braised), oven-roasted dishes, or game dishes.
