The wine seduces with a pale pink color and intense aromas of red fruits, such as raspberries, red currants, and wild strawberries. The taste is round and smooth, evolving into a long finish, marked by lively and refreshing notes of pink grapefruit.

The ideal serving temperature is between 8–10 °C. It is an excellent aperitif and pairs wonderfully with refined dishes such as tuna, salmon, shrimp salad, or sushi.
