TINE Flotemysost

TINE Fløtemysost is a traditional Norwegian cheese made from cow's milk whey and cream, slow-cooked until naturally caramelized. It has a smooth and creamy texture, a light brown color, and a sweet, mellow taste with notes of caramel, milk, and whipped cream. It is milder and more delicate than Gudbrandsdalen, ideal for sandwiches, waffles, pancakes, or simple desserts.
