Viña Pomal Reserva is produced by Bodegas Bilbaínas, a winery with over 100 years of history in Haro, the heart of the Rioja region. Made exclusively from Tempranillo grapes from its own estate, this wine embodies the traditional Spanish style, being internationally recognized for its consistency and remarkable quality.
Aroma and taste:
The wine has an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections. On the nose, it offers an elegant bouquet of red fruits and blackberries, complemented by floral notes of violets and hints of licorice, vanilla, and roasted coffee. On the palate, it is round and balanced, with soft tannins and fresh acidity, offering a long and harmonious finish.
Serving suggestions:
It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 16-18°C. It is the perfect partner for red meat dishes, game, rice dishes with meat, or platters of hard and semi-hard aged cheeses, such as an old Manchego or a well-aged local artisanal cheese.
