The sparkling wine has a bright yellow color, enriched with green reflections. The aroma is dominated by fresh yellow fruits, such as apple, pear, and quince. The taste is vibrant and fresh, surprisingly ending with delicate notes of almond, which add depth to the aftertaste.
Serving recommendations
To enjoy its maximum effervescence, it is recommended to serve at a temperature of 4–6 °C. It is an excellent aperitif, but it pairs equally well with grilled fish, seasonal vegetables, or fine asparagus-based dishes.
