The taste is surprising, pleasantly "stirring" the taste buds with its intensity, being at the same time balanced and vibrant. The finish (aftertaste) is remarkably long and very pleasant.
Serving suggestions:
This is a wine that calls for meat-based dishes. It pairs ideally with grilled lamb, beef carpaccio, or roasted duck. It can also be enjoyed with other robust red meat dishes and aged cheeses with intense aromas. Serving at a temperature of 16-18°C is recommended.
