Aroma and Taste:
The wine has a brilliant, light red color, typical of the variety. The aromatic bouquet is sophisticated, intertwining notes of raspberry, cherry, and plum with deep aromas of chocolate, dried fruit, and tanned leather. Aging in wood adds subtle vanilla accents. The taste is elegant and harmonious, supported by fine, round tannins that ensure a long and memorable finish.
Serving Suggestions:
This is an extremely versatile wine, excellent with oven-baked duck with cherry sauce or grilled chicken wings with sweet sauce. It pairs remarkably well with cheeses such as Cheddar, Gruyère or Fontina. It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 16-18°C.
