Aroma and taste: The wine has a deep ruby color and a well-pronounced aroma of blackcurrant, plums, blackberries, and blueberries, complemented by fine notes of sour cherry and vanilla. The taste is harmonious, with well-balanced tannins and moderate astringency, culminating in a long-lasting fruity aftertaste with subtle hints of cinnamon.
Serving recommendations: To allow it to reveal its full complexity, it is recommended to serve at a temperature of 16–18 °C. It is the ideal companion for beef steak, traditional smoked meats, or platters with aged cheese from our selection of local producers.
