Somma Winery Papà… 0.75L is an homage to our roots, a wine created with minimal intervention to preserve the natural elegance of the grape. A Cabernet Sauvignon of rare purity, it reflects the philosophy of a family winery.
Aroma and taste: The wine has an intense ruby color and a rich bouquet dominated by ripe sour cherries, blackberries, plums, and blackcurrants, subtly complemented by notes of chocolate and fine spices. The taste is medium-bodied, round, and well-structured, offering pronounced fruity tones in the aftertaste, without being dominated by the presence of new wood.
Serving recommendations: To fully appreciate its finesse, it is recommended to serve it at a temperature of +14…+16 ºC. It pairs perfectly with lamb chops, beef with berry sauce, and is an excellent companion for medium-aged cheeses from our selection.
