A dip with 26% cranberries, combined with honey, vinegar, mustard, Port wine, and ginger, with an intense and balanced taste. It pairs very well with stronger cheeses, such as aged goat cheese, Roquefort, or Reijpenaar VSOP. It is also excellent with stews, lamb, game dishes, or pâtés.
