Monk's Head
Tête de Moine is an iconic Swiss cheese, produced exclusively from whole cow's milk in the Jura region. Matured for approximately 6 months, it has a firm texture and a delicate yet expressive taste, with milky notes, a hint of nuttiness, and a subtly spicy aroma. Served in rosettes (shaved with a girolle), it best reveals its character: it melts on the tongue and becomes surprisingly creamy. A refined cheese, perfect for cheese boards or special occasions.
